It’s the winter that won’t quit.
Mid-April is behind us, but up to 10 cm of snow could still be ahead. Snowfall is in the forecast in Prince Albert and the area through Monday night and Tuesday, posing yet another round of challenges for motorists and city crews alike.
“It has been a while since winter has been holding on like this,” Roadways Manager Brent Kennedy told paNOW, with just a hint of winter-fatigue in his voice. “It’s time for us to move forward.”
Kennedy said crews and equipment are at the ready once again, hopefully for the last time.
